This study investigates the effect of perceived employee support of the organization and organizational citizenship behavior on employee job performance and causal relationships between these variables in Minoo Khorramdareh Industrial Company. A total of 022 of these employees participated in this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, linear regression and hierarchical regression. The results showed that the perceived support of employees from the organization has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. It was also observed that employees' perceived support of the organization and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive effect on job performance. Finally, organizational citizenship behavior has mediated the relationship between perceived employee support of the organization and job performance. A number of suggestions were also made in theory and practice |
